This soup is perfect for the cold weather, rainy day, hangover or simply to enjoy on any day!!!! Ingredients:
Large Can of hominy
5 lbs honeycomb tripe or beef tripe
1 lime
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oregano
2 bay leaves
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
Salt

Chile:
20 chile guajillo
4 chile Pasilla
2 garlic cloves
1 cup hominy
2 1/2 water
Salt

Toppings:
Bolillo bread or tortillas
Limes
Cilantro/onion
Chile árbol
