Please exercise caution. Be sure to turn off the breaker and verify that the electric is off by using a multimeter or AC electric tester. Be sure to 'test' the tester on known good AC wiring.

In this demonstration I removed the outlet but broke the screw off within the box screw hole and I had to cut back the plastic with my dremel to extract the screw with pliers. I also installed a ground wire wire nut to ensure good bonding between the two ground wires. This is very important for ground fault circuit devices.
