In this week’s episode we’re going to be talking about how to earn/build trust in a relationship. Trust is something that is built through consistency in your actions. If you’re after a break up there is a chance that are your ex is not going to believe you’ve changed, just because you say you have. Your ex is not going to trust you if you’re the same person they broke up with.
I work with people who are going through break ups, and a significant number of these people want to know how to show their partners that they have changed.
At first Its normal for your ex to not believe you when you tell them you have changed.
They may not emotionally be in a place where they feel they can trust you because they are always going to think you have some sort of a hidden agenda.
If you want to build/earn your ex’s trust you must actually change (for the better).
