How to Turn Sleep Paralysis into a Lucid Dream

I get this question quite a lot. Considering that I have made many different video based on the topic, or rather surrounding topics, I thought that I should probably make a dedicated video about how you can turn it into a lucid dream.

This video follows WILD method, using the technique of 'Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream (DEILD). The specific variation of this in my video is about walking up a flight of stairs. However any continuous motion will do as long as you have a conscious brain involved.
