Description from the creator

How to catch sand fleas / molecrabs by hand or net. Catching sand fleas on the beach is pretty easy and they make excellent fishing bait. You can catch them by hand or a small $3 net.
Sand fleas are found in the wet sand, usually at the point which the waves retreat the furthest. Look for areas with lots of shells and seaweed as usually these are natural wash points for food particles which the crabs eat.
