How to get along with co-workers

This video covers basic interpersonal concepts to think about when it comes to dealing with co-workers. For many years I had problems in this area. I was so concerned with my social status that my behavior created a lot of negativity. Then the negative vibes began to really affect my work performance. Sometimes these struggles would find their way into my personal life. That is something we don't want to happen!

The past five years or so, I really put in a lot of work to change this. I began to look inside myself and discover myself. I learned from mistakes and discussed things out in the open with management, friends, and family. Through trial and error, and a lot of hard work, I found myself enjoying work and the company of those I work with. Hope this all helps you!
