Honesty is the best policy. Right? I wanted to share some of my thoughts on honesty, and some techniques and approaches to use in your life in order to live without lies. In this video, I discuss reasons we may be dishonest, and some methods to use for eliminating those dishonest moments. Lying causes a tremendous amount of guilt and shame. And guilt and shame are two feelings you do not want to walk around with... not even for an hour or two.
