Hi guys
In this video, I am making a classic Victoria sponge cake with fresh cream and strawberry jam. Instead of traditionally using a round tin, I opted for a square one.
To make the batter, I did not use the all in one method, but I mixed all the ingredients individually.
The strawberry jam that I used was home made and store bought cream. Check out my Jam video, it's super easy.
