Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Melted Shortening
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Paste
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

In a bowl combine Flour, Egg, Milk, Sugar, Melted Shortening, Baking Powder, Salt, and Vanilla Paste. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Spread some Butter on a pan. Pour in batter, let it cook then flip to cook the other side. Repeat until you use up all the batter.
Serve with butter and syrup.
