How To Make Easter Nests | Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes | Channel Mum

Top Recipes for Kids: Easter Nests

Ingredients:
100g puffed rice cereal
250g milk chocolate
50g butter
3 tbsp honey
3 tsp cocoa powder
36 mini eggs

Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water or melt in the microwave.
2. Once the chocolate and butter have melted, add the cocoa powder and honey and stir.
3. Mix this mixture with the puffed rice cereal and keep stirring until everything is well combined.
4. Spoon the mixture into 12 silicone or paper cases and decorate each with three mini eggs.
5. Leave to set for 30 minutes (or you can put them in the fridge to speed up the process).
