How to Make Vegan Mince Pies | Vlogmas 2016 Day 4

Welcome back to Vlogmas!

It turns out that making vegan mince pies is very easy. Most pre-made shortcrust pastry is vegan (check the ingredients though) and so is most mincemeat filling (again check the ingredients. Make sure it explicitly says 'vegan' on the label somewhere as the brandy used can be processed with animal products).

Ingredients :
Shortcrust pastry
Mincemeat
vegan butter for greasing the tray

Method:
Oven to 210 Celcius
Cut out pastry shapes
Fill tray with tasty pies
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes
Cool
Nom!
