Description from the creator

The Whiskey Sour is a true classic — simple, balanced, and endlessly satisfying. First recorded in the mid-1800s, it became a global standard for what a well-made cocktail should be: spirit, citrus, and sugar in perfect harmony. It’s a drink that teaches control, precision, and respect for the craft.

In this POV bartending video, you’ll see the cocktail built through the bartender’s own eyes — from shaking technique and ice control to service flow and ergonomics. This immersive perspective works like a training simulator for bartenders, showing how real professionals move and think behind the bar.

My Recipe:
Sugar syrup - 20 ml
Lemon juice - 30 ml
Bourbon whiskey - 50 ml
Egg white - 15 ml
Dry shake. Shake with ice. Strain in chilled rocks glass with ice cubes, garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy;)

My version keeps the traditional core — bourbon, lemon, and sugar syrup — but with the option of a few drops of egg white for a smooth, velvety texture. The result is a bright, rich, and perfectly balanced cocktail that feels alive in the glass.
