Description from the creator

The French 75 is a sparkling classic that’s been charming guests for over a century — a perfect fusion of gin, lemon, sugar, and champagne. It first appeared during World War I and was said to “hit with the power of a French 75 mm field gun.” Despite its elegant look, it’s a cocktail with real punch and history.

In this POV-style video, you’ll experience the process from the bartender’s perspective — seeing every detail exactly as it happens behind the bar: the movement, the rhythm, the ergonomics, the precision. This immersive format works like a simulator for professional bartenders, showing not only how to make the drink, but how to work.

In my version, I add a subtle twist — an absinthe rinse inside the coupe glass. It adds a whisper of anise and complexity that beautifully lifts the citrus and botanicals of the gin, making the cocktail brighter, deeper, and more refined.
