Need to save a Word Document as a web page or HTML file? Follow the steps in the video!

The best option is to save it in the Web Page, Filtered format. In this way, Word will keep only the content, style instructions, and some other information. It will also make the file small without a lot of extra code.

Do this:

1.) Click File - Save As - Choose File Location.

2.) Name the file.

3.) Click the drop down from the "Save as type" and choose "Web Page, Filtered".

4.) Click "Change Title" and type the title you want to display in a web browser's title bar.

5.) Click OK, then save.

ALL DONE!
