Description from the creator

If you have been injured or ill, it may set you back a bit. However, once you are cleared to begin again, start slow and always be sure to maintain form and safety.

I love the Bosu. It is a great way to incorporate any muscle groups, help maintain form, posture and stability while burning calories.

Beginner or modified circuit: 15-30 seconds of each exercise depending on your personal physical fitness level.

Note: Always get a Doctors approval before starting any exercise program.

1. Bosu knee lift while holding a 10-15lb kettlebell.

2. Squat with over press. This client shown in the above video is using a kettlebell, however you can use what you have available.

3. Plank on the Bosu.
This is a great way to support the upper body while working in a challenging hold for 15 seconds.

Continue working on longer hold time for planks and you will be amazed by how long you can hold after 4 weeks.
