How to quiet down your birds- Lovebird

I don't believe in keeping your bird locked up, my little guys have their own nursery/ bird room to play and fly around but some times it gets a little loud in there so One of the tricks I've learned and works for me is. I turn on the water fountain in the room and they all fly over to bathe, once they are all wet they go back inside their cage or their little hut to dry up. they will stay quiet for a least 2 hrs or so. The little babies on this video I do the same but I have to pick them up one by one and run them under warm water in the sink, works like a charm! You can also place your bird back in the cage and cover it up with a sheet, bath towel or a table cloth.
