How to create and delete user accounts using command prompt(cmd) on windows

This video is about creating user accounts on windows 10:
The administrator account has full privileges over the PC.
The administrator can set a password.
Steps of creating user accounts using CMD:
1)launch CMD as administrator
2.)type "net user" to view current user account (s).
3.)type " net user Paulo /add"
Replace " paulo" with your new account name.
The above command creates new user account.
4.)type "net user local group administrators Paulo /add"
This command changes the account type to administrator.
Replace paulo with your new account name

Go to settings and view the added account.
