In this tutorial, I showed three possible ways to resolve screen resolution problems in Windows. Here I used Windows 10, but a similar approach will work for any version of Windows, be it Windows 8 or Windows 7. A typical sign that shows your screen is not in the right resolution is when the texts and images look fuzzy or blurry. Normally you should be able to change this resolution from the display settings but you may find that the options are greyed out. You can try any of these three suggestions independently and see which one works for you:

1. First, run a regular windows update to allow windows to detect the specifications of your display and install the required drivers.

2. Manually update the display drivers from the device manager tool.

3. Manually download and install the display drivers from your PC manufacturer support page. If you already know the type of graphic card you have on your PC, then you can directly search for the required drivers on google and download accordingly, but if not, then you can use the model number of your laptop to search for your display drivers from the manufacturer support page. You can also use the Belac Advisory tool I showed in this video youtube.com/watch?v=btHXo_kEFrU to show you all the information about your laptop including the specs of your graphics card. That way you can be sure which drivers you should download.

After downloading simply double-click and follow the instructions to complete the installation. Remember to restart after the installation and hopefully, you should have your display looking sharp again.
