Tips for how to maintain your Dyson 360 Heurist™ robot vacuum.

To keep it working at its best, your Dyson robot needs simple regular maintenance. These include ensuring the lens and sensors are clean, emptying the bin before every clean or the Max mark is reached, washing the filter unit once a month and removing debris from the brush bar and tracks.

Step 1. Clean the camera lens with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
Step 2.Then clean both sensor covers, which can be found at the front of the robot.
Step 3. Empty the bin before every clean, and when dirt reaches the MAX mark.
Step 4. We recommend washing the filters at least once a month.
Step 5. Use cold water only, tapping to remove debris and excess water.
Step 6. Ensure the filters are completely dry, before refitting into the machine.
Step 7. Clean the brush bar of any debris.
Step 8. Check the tracks for any debris, and ensure they move freely.
