Description from the creator

If a program in Windows 10 is running poorly (such as a video game or emulator stuttering), you can tell Windows to give it priority over other things (like Chrome, Steam, or other non-essential tasks that are fine waiting or running more slowly) using just the Task Manager. Open the Task Manager, click on "More details" if necessary, click on your program, right-click and "Go to details", find the selected item, and right-click and "Set priority" to "Above normal". Whatever you do, don't set it to "Realtime"!
