How to: Windows Permanent High Priority tweak for games and programs

Having searched the forums as to how you can elevate programs and apps to a higher system priority level permanently I found very little help for this handy tweak. In this video I have a small program that fixes this problem for us. Please be aware I have run several anti virus and Malawarebytes on this and it has come up clean. I also researched it's reviews and comments and again it appears to be fine. If you know different or find a problem please let me know in the comments below.
