How To Improve Pitching Velocity ....IN ONLY 1 MONTH!

In this video I get a question from a 14 year old pitcher who wants to know how to improve pitching velocity in only 1 month. He says he pitches between 72-75 mph currently for his pitching speed but he wants to pitch faster quickly. So what I did was I put together some pitching velocity quick tips for him so that he can start on his journey of learning how to increase pitching velocity.
