How to Spar a Legend without being a JERK

Learn from Legends: legendarystriking.com

They go to take lessons from them and then chuck an elbow, spinning fist, or go all out when its their chance to spar with them.

What in the world?

After seeing a huge spike of this happening, I decided to publish this perfect video on how to spar with Saenchai, have fun, get a lot out of it, and walk away knowing you both had a great time.

This is the #1 Glory featherweight prospect... he's fighting tonight! Tune in!
