Description from the creator

Today I'm sharing my experience using KT tape for posterior ankle impingement and Flexor Hallucis Longus tendon (FHL) irritation. This taping technique will help align your foot and reduce pain. This injury is very common amongst ballet dancers and is usually caused by forcing turnout and rolling in (overpronation). The tape will last from 4 days to a week depending on how careful you are with it. Let me know if you have any questions and comment down below your experience and tips with this injury! KT tape provides relief and support but it isn't restrictive like a brace is. You can wear KT tape when you're active because it's stretchy and lightweight. You can use to prevent injuries, if you are recovering from an injury or even if you're really sore and just need some extra relief and support. Thank you for watching, I hope this video helped you!
