Description from the creator

The nutrition facts panel reports information about the nutrient content of packaged foods to help consumers make informed decisions about their food. The FDA regulates the nutrition facts panel; in spring of 2016 they announced their overhauled redesign which will be required on food packages by 2020. This video will help you learn to interpret the nutrition facts panel to help you make healthy food choices and will outline how the panel will be changing by 2020.
