✎ In this video, Eric Thomas talks about overcoming fear and building unstoppable confidence. He explains that success lies beyond fear, and everything great in life is on the other side of it. Using the example of a basketball game, he emphasizes the power of consistent practice and preparation to tackle challenges. Eric urges viewers to stop making excuses and embrace the process of taking consistent action, even when it's difficult.

He shares three strategies to overcome fear: creating an environment for excellence, surrounding yourself with mentors, and committing to action immediately. By doing so, you can push through doubts and build lasting success. Eric also highlights the importance of starting your day early, drawing inspiration from athletes who gain an edge by training more than their competitors.

Ultimately, Eric’s message is about confronting your fears, committing to your goals, and working relentlessly every day to achieve greatness.
