Description from the creator

Some relationships end in a breakup and after the break up one person may come back around and tell the other person about how they have changed. The very talk of change gives us hope that they realize their ways and are willing to do the work to make themself and the relationship better. However, how do you know when someone has really done the work and they have implemented the real change? In this video, I am offering a "change paradigm" to help you understand what level of change the person is truly at to be able to decide if the change they talk about is real or just lip service to get you back. This is a great rule of thumb to go by to analyze what is real and what is not. Also, remember real change takes time and consistency.
Are you in a relationship with someone who exhibits signs of borderline personality disorder? Are you wanting more answers than questions? I've created a new video master class, explaining how to overcome, understand, and properly deal with the relationship you're in. I know the relationship is important to you and you're emotionally invested. You can't compartmentalize the relationship and it's affecting all aspects of your life. My new master class will help you to find the answers you need to discover yourself and find the answers you need to work on the relationship or to begin to let it go and move on. It's time to put you in the driver's seat so you are no longer in the dark on what to do, how to act, and how to respond. For more information on the master class: ashleyberges.com/BPDMasterclass/
