How to Make a Buff Archer in Oblivion

Have you ever wanted to make a character in Oblivion that can use a bow and a sword really well? Almost like the guards do? This is what this guide is for.

The buff archer, or guard as I like to call it, uses both a bow and a sword or mace. I use swords because I think they are better. This archer is built to basically destroy anything in it's path. It uses a sword and bow, and enchants them so that mages don't get to use magic. It's really just a a battle mage that only does physical damage.
