Description from the creator

In this tutorial you will learn how to create a shortcut on your Android device.

In Androidland, the useful bits of function have two names. They can be either apps or widgets. While apps come from the Google Play store, everybody can make widgets – yes, including you.

Step 1. As a prerequisite, install the „File Manager” app from Rhythm Software.

Step 2. Now, go to your home screen and browse the widgets that you have. Select the „File Manager” widget and prepare to drop it on the screen location of your choice.

Step 3. Navigate to the file you want to have a shortcut for and click „Create” from the upper menu.

Step 4. Give it a nice name. Click „OK”.

Result: There you go. Your file is now waiting on the main screen. Congratulations, you have found one more way to fill up your screen space.
