Steps

2 Online Filing. - An online formation is probably the easiest route, go to the Minnesota Website and follow the instructions to completely form your LLC.
Pay filing fee of $155.
Processing time takes between 5 to 10 business days.
3 Paper Filing. - Download the Minnesota Articles of Organization.
4 Fill out Form. - You will need to completely fill out the form and it may benefit you to get legal advice from your attorney or financial advice from your accountant about exactly the right way to go with your LLC.
You will need to add a filing fee made payable to the 'Minnesota Secretary of State' in the amount of $135.
Add an extra $20 to have the documents expedited.
