Description from the creator

This video is about how to grow your own Edamame. Frozen Edamame are available all year around here in the UK, but fresh edamame are harder to find. They are a summer season treat in Japan - is there anything better (and simpler) than a plate of salted edamame and a glass of chilled Japanese lager?. Cooked fresh edamame do taste a little better than frozen ones but the biggest difference is in the texture - the fresh ones are much softer on the tongue. Growing your own isn't difficult - as long as you can guarantee Mr Sunshine will give your edamame his attention for 4-6 hours daily, they'll reward you with a plant about 80cms high bearing a large bowl of edamame per plant.

What you need:
edamame seeds
some small pots (10 - 15cm diameter)
some bigger pots to pot on some compost
