How to make a Wet Martini - FAST!!

In this Wet Martini with a twist I'm using Vodka, a drink once know as a Kangaroo Kicker. You could easily substitute the Vodka for Gin if you're after a traditional Wet Martini - perhaps even try something like Tanqueray's flor de Sevilla for an extra citrus punch?

Ingredients:
2 dashes of Orange Bitters, in this we used Regans' no 6
20ml (2/3oz) of chilled bianco vermouth, we used Regal Rogue Lively White an Australian vermouth
40ml (1 1/3oz) of chilled Vodka, we used Ketel One, which perfect for this drink
A chilled mixing glass
Some really good ice
A chilled Martini glass
And a grapefruit twist to garnish

Add your ingredients to the mixing glass
Add as much ice as you can
Stir to your desired dilution
Strain in to coupe
Fold the grapefruit twist to expel the oils over the drink
Curl the twist and add to the drink
