Ingredients:
½ cup Freshly-Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice
½ cup Soda Water (La Croix brand has no added minerals and so it is my personal favorite)
¾ cup Sugar
Yellow Part of Peel from 1 rinsed, organic lemon
3 cups Ice

Instructions:
Add all ingredients, except for ice, into blender. Blend until combined.
Slowly incorporate the ice until incorporated and it is a smooth, slushy-consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
