How to make Oven Roasted Asparagus

Roasting asparagus is by far my favorite way to prepare them. They are available year round but spring is the best season for them so I couldn’t be happier. These days I’ve been eating them like they’re going out of style. They are so delicious and so simple and easy to make.

👩🏻‍🍳 Oven Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus spears, cut off about 1-2 inches off the ends
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 450F or 232C for 10-12 minutes
