To Remove:

Step 1: Open New Edge Browser.

Step 2: Click on 'Three Dots' at the top right.

Step 3: Click on 'Favorites,' and then click on 'show favorites bar.'

Step 4: Click on 'Never.'

To Add:

Step 1: Follow till step 3 from above.

Step 2: Click on 'Always' or 'Ónly on New Tabs' Depending on your requirements.
