Description from the creator

I often get emails from parents asking me about how they can help their child when they are having a panic attack. In this video, we will look at some things that might be signs your child is having a panic attack. I will also then look at some ideas of some things to do while they are having a panic attack.
This video will give you some tips on how to help treat/cope with panic/anxiety attacks. These small tips might help you help your kids stop their panic attacks.

I am often asked what is one book suggestion for people struggling with Mental Health. The Anxiety and Phobia workbook would be my favourite for sure. Some great common sense conversation on all aspects of looking at how we can overcome or best manage anxiety in our lives.
