Caipirinha is Brazil's national cocktail, made with cachaça, sugar and fresh lime. Cachaça is made from sugarcane juice and is Brazil's most common distilled spirit.

INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Germana Cachaça (bit.ly/1PDZKNt)
- Lime
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar

METHOD
1. Cut a lime into eighths and place in Boston glass
2. Add the sugar
3. Muddle
4. Shake & pour into an old fashioned glass
