First created to help prevent scurvy on English Naval ships as officers weren't taking their rations of lime for it's vitamin C. This recipe calls for fresh lime juice - there are many references in cocktail books that call for Rose's Lime Juice as an alternative (such as The Bartender's Bible by Gary Regan amzn.to/1M8ojk9)

INGREDIENTS
* 60mL Aviation Gin (bit.ly/1Le7bJm)
* 20-30mL Fresh Lime Juice
* 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)

DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a Boston glass with ice
2. Add the Aviation Gin, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup
3. Shake and stain into a chilled coupe glass
