Healthy jello??!! Is there really such a thing!

You bet there is!

There’s a ton of jello recipes out there but you can’t be sure if they’re good for you or not because the package lists dozens of artificial ingredients and nasty stuff your body doesn’t need. Giving those jello desserts to your kids is not exactly a healthy alternative. Plus, they’re high in sugar, too!

Here's another healthy and homemade dessert kids will love, Ice Cream! youtu.be/w-yS1e13o8s

This is why I came up with this healthy jello with fruit preserves recipe for you. It’s free from all the crazy bad stuff, and I substituted those with healthier options such as fruit preserves and stevia as a natural sweetener.

It’s so good, yet so healthy, your kids would absolutely love it!

So here’s what you will need for this nutritious gelatin recipe:

- Two packets of Knoxx gelatin powder
- A cup of boiling water
- A cup of cold water
- 2 teaspoons of Stevia
- 1 tablespoon of fruit juice or fruit preserves

It’s so easy to prepare this jello with fruit. Just mix everything in a bowl, start by dissolving the gelatin powder with boiling water. Stir it well then add some cold water after.

I use Stevia to sweeten it because it’s all-natural and a much healthier alternative to refined white sugar. So stir in the Stevia then mix in a tablespoon of your fruit preserves to add some color, yummy flavor, and vitamin C to your jello dessert.

When everything’s all stirred in, put the bowl with your jello in the fridge and allow it to set.

After an hour or so, it should be ready to serve and eat!

Yum!!!

Serve this after meals or as a snack when your kids come home from school. I’m sure they’ll love it!

So toss the junk in your kitchen. Better yet, don’t even bring home any junk food at home, so no one gets tempted to eat those foods that are bad for you. Instead, prepare this healthy jello dessert that’s not only satisfying but tastes great and super nutritious, too!

Enjoy and let me know in the comments what your kids think about this recipe. :-)
