How to remove debris from eye Using Your Finger

Having any type of debris in your, eye, can be quite irritating. However, there are various methods that can be used to remove the debris. In this video we will discuss how to properly use your finger to remove foriegn particles from your eye.

First, before using this method make sure your hands are clean.

second, Locate the foreign object by.
Pulling the lower lid down.
and then the upper lid up.

Than target the location of the object, and Place your finger on the affected eye's lid

Once targeted, maneuver the debris to the corner of your eye, so that it can be more easily wiped it away.

This method may work well when dealing with non-invasive debris, such as an eyelash, however if the irritant is more serious, it is important to contact your, eye doctor for a proper diagnoses.
