Description from the creator

Quick and easy way of making gluten free beer (or gluten reduced to less than 20ppm) without changing your main ingredients. Use your usual barley malt, hops, yeast, water, same old stuff all beer is made from but make it without the gluten. Clarity Ferm or Brewers Clarex is an enzyme used to break down gluten during fermentation. You can buy it for homebrewing from White Labs in 10ml bottles. It has no impact to flavour, colour, body or head retention. It was primarily designed to solve the issue of chill haze, the clouding some beer can get when chilled. The side effect of the enzyme is that it also breaks down gluten protein. Drink tasty beer without bloat or I'll affect afterwards. If you love homebrewing but are gluten sensitive or even celiac then Clairty Ferm is a god send.
