🔹 Step 3: Rinse those babies under cool water and pop them back in your mouth. Say hello to your on-track treatment!

🔹 Backup Plan: Ran out of crystals? No worries! Mix equal parts water and hydrogen peroxide (3%) for a quick fix. Soak, rinse, and you're all set! 😎
