How to Visualize Effectively - A Simple Visualisation Technique

Free Mini Class: Discover why visualisation alone doesn't work—and what does → wizardofwisdom.com/free-masterclass

I'm often asked how to visualize effectively. (I spell it "visualise" because I'm from the UK!) In my work, I see people screw up their faces and concentrate as if trying to make vivid images in their mind.

First, this is not necessary to visualise effectively. And secondly, the Universe doesn't reward effort. Just watch to see how easily Nature produces sunshine, oceans and galaxies - not a strained sinew in sight!

I hope this short video will help you to relax and allow the very simple visualization process to work - effortlessly as it should.
