Let us open the Gmail app.
Now suppose if I want to change the name of this gmail account then I will tap on this icon.
Select “Manage your Google account”.
Select “Personal info”.
Select “Name”.
Now tap on the edit icon.
Now you can change the name for your Gmail account.
