f you want to remove a device from an apple account then:

1. Tap on “Settings”.
2. Tap on the name at the top.
3. At the bottom you will see all the devices where you have logged in with the same apple id.
4. Now if you want to remove a device from the apple account then tap on the device.
5. At the bottom, there is an option “Remove from account”.
Select it.
6. The device will be removed from your apple id.
