How to reset mac to its factory settings (ANY MAC)

Resetting your Mac to its factory settings is very crucial if you wish to sell it on eBay or just to do a fresh start. Sometimes, resetting your Mac will remove a lot of old data logs which were responsible of slowing down your system.
