This combo I've learned in amazing Anastasia Sokolova pole dance studio. Every time I go back home to Ukraine I always take pole dance lessons there daily. Even though she is not teaching personally, but they have great instructors there.

You may not get allegra pole dance move from the first time, but just keep trying. Some back & legs flexibility is needed. Warm up your splits and back before trying.
