THE STEPS
1. Type your text and copy it to the clipboard (Cmd/Ctrl+C)
2. Open Filter, then Vanishing Point
3. Use the Create Plane tool to click the corners of your surface
4. Paste (Cmd/Ctrl+V) and drag the text onto the defined plane
5. Scale and position it to fit, then click OK
6. Double-click the layer to add bevel & emboss, inner shadow, and color overlay
7. Duplicate and merge the layer, then add Gaussian blur and motion blur to sell the effect
8. Add a layer mask and paint in some erosion for realism
