Learn how to correct red skin tone in Photoshop quickly, using a single Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and no masking at all.

Redness around the nose, cheeks, and eyes shows up in a lot of portraits. This 20-second fix isolates just that specific red with the Hue/Saturation range sliders and shifts it toward skin tone, no layer masks or painting required.

THE STEPS
1. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and select the Reds channel
2. Temporarily crank saturation way up to see exactly what's selected
3. Narrow the range sliders and feathering until only the problem red is targeted
4. Bring saturation back down to zero
5. Shift the Hue slider toward yellow until the redness reads as normal skin tone
