Description from the creator

Adductors
This is a short video to answer a question asked about previous video on adductors training.
This video explains that very often when the movement is side to side the qudriceps take significant amount of work and can fatigue before the adductors.
The goal is to either stay in a stance or move, but to keep the knee from flexing more then 90 degree or even less then 90 degrees if possible. This allows the center of gravity to remain more over the straight leg working the adductors on that leg. The adductors on the bent leg will work as well.
As always master the bilateral exercise first before moving to the side lunge or side squat.
